This book is
an applied cosmological treatise on the Sacred Fire
expressions in the personal work of the new millennium.
The most recent in the series about the applications of
Inner Alchemy to life and contemporary conditions, this
book deals with Light, its primordial emanation, its
function and its expressions in the visible and
invisible worlds.
Many traditions refer to a very special kind of fire, a
mysterious unfed flame, eternal source of all life which
is in essence light. Today we allude to this principle
and all the related experiences and expressions as
simply Light, and call ourselves the explorers of this
phenomenon, students of Light and Light-workers. This
book deals with the experience of such inner light and
relates it to the primordial “Is-ness” which “I Am”
beyond all space and time. The experience of this
fire-light within is the source of enlightenment and
transcendence, of ecstasy and utter freedom of
realization. The way is trod by every sincere seeker
who goes within himself to find the secret garden of
eternity. In this book we explore the ways back home
through an understanding of just what this “Light” is –
experience, consciousness, faculty and power -- and how
it reflects our true nature.
Inspired by Ascended Master instruction in the
application of eternal, universal laws of cosmic energy,
this book explains many of the symbols, rituals and
concepts involved in the esoteric use of light and
colour. Beginning with an exposition of human vs. divine law,
the principles of consciousness and the evocation of a
field of electronic force within three dimensional life,
it explores the invocation, generation and reception of
the Sacred Fire and cosmic light, the emergence of
colour and light rays, and the creation of form. As with
all Inner Alchemy practices the primary means of
reaching the core or essence of Who or What we are,
what life IS, is through the silence and depth of the
heart, through the ineffable beauty of this light that
softly, persistently raises us above and yet within our
own inner Humanity into Being Love, Being Light.
Planes and dimensions of being are here presented as
cosmological expression, outlining the creation steps
from solar and planetary to human life. Here the Elohim,
the master builders of Creation, are revealed in all
their magnificence as the multiple expression of the One,
leading to the construction and custodianship of all the
elemental life that peoples our worlds and shapes our
bodies. Within this frame, the Sevenfold Flame, the
acting Principle within the qualifications of our
physical world, is revealed as the summit, or focus, of
human potential, the most intimate and yet largely
inaccessible powerhouse of the Absolute All.
One chapter explains the personal system of rays used by
Alice Bailey, translating her illumined revelation into
modern terminology making it more accesible to the contemporary
student of Light. The last two chapters stress the
practical and constructive uses of light in the
modulation of consciousness and mastery of Light. The
book ends with exercises and suggestions, including
powerful evocations that subliminally remind us of our
innermost diamond-like nature as fire within the
everlasting hearth of God’s bountiful Essence as eternal
Sacred-Fire-Love.
