The programmes are based on the teachings of her books and
include laboratory practice in consciousness, through
individual and group exercise, retreat, meditation and
sustained introspective awareness. The scope of this work
reaches not only the individual and the group but the family
structure as a unit, including adolescent guidance and
instruction, work with children, artistic and musical
development, and also business as personnel training in
enterprise.
